Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ashora, we stand by the quality of our curated streetwear. Because we work with global fulfillment partners to bring you the best designs at accessible prices, our policy is as follows:

1. 14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Note: As we source globally, slight variations in color or a 1-3cm difference in manual measurements are standard for streetwear and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain high hygiene standards and manage international logistics, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items on Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Items that have been worn or washed.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
